Tempura Batter: For The Low Fodmap, diabetic, vegetarian, lactose and gluten intolerant diets.

Tempura Squid

Ingredients

2 Cups Rice Flour (white works best)
1 teaspoon baking soda (bi carb)
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups sodawater

Method

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
Lightly mix before dipping your vegetables

* Can be used with fish and meats.
